Again not gonna reveal 100% how the new form works, but... yeah ya pretty much have all the info here.
Just as a fun fact: parasites tend to not want to suicide. This is more a thing of a parasite nature then the animal nature. SO even if someone is infected with something like a worker bee, who always suicides for the good of the hive, the parasite STILL will not want to reveal this new form.
But yeah, in short, once a parasite lives long enough in a human body they realize they can do this shit. If they tell, THAT'S the issue.
