Anyways, this is basically a request of his character, Sander, pumping iron with bar pulls.... in his mind... In reality, he has sacrificed even his normal human strength for super speed in his infected form. Those wings are only strong when they flap at ridiculous speed.
But in his immagination.. well... HUGE BIRD MUSCLES BLAAAAAAARGH!
And also TV is there to.. hold the bar basically and watch Sander fail. By now he is bored by it. XD

It's definitely something I can see Sander fantasying about.
Really lovely work on the buff Sander, lolol! The muscles look
amazing, though super weird on a humming bird's body, hah! 
I dunno why it's so funny to see a buff bird. XDD Like with 
Anne as a beefy sheep I wouldn't mess with her! But Sander...
